JFPS Group has been organizing Food Safety & Quality Congress since 2005 and is dedicated in helping insiders work out effective solutions and promote development of the whole food industry by providing them a professional platform for learning and exchange of ideas.
Every year the congress attracts about 150 VPs, Directors and Senior Managers in charge of food technology, production, safety and quality to gather under one roof, discussing on the hottest issues and seeking cooperation with leading technology and service providers. In the past five annual congresses, over 130 large multinational and local food manufacturers and retailers have attended and continuously supporting this event, which makes it China’s most influential event focusing on food safety and quality improvement.
Why you should attend

Food safety affects everyone’s daily life and health. But with some big food safety issues arising in recent years, food safety has been put in the spotlight and consumers are getting increasingly cautious about which food product to purchase. From Sudan to Melamine, from abuse of antibiotics to clenobuterol hydrochloride, food safety issues never seem to stop despite the great efforts taken by the government and enterprises in improving food safety and preventing foodborne illness.
For food manufacturers and distributors, providing product of safety and high quality should be a priority and social safety accident can cost the company’s reputation and trust from the consuming market. Sometimes food manufacturers and distributors can also be victims in food safety problems if they fail to conduct strict inspection on raw food materials or address the risks from the whole supply chain.
Outstanding companies and brands pay their attention not only on quality and safety, but also on product development and innovation process, which makes them always a new experience for consumers, so as to maintain their brand loyalty. Lack of full understanding of policies, shortage in advanced technologies and methodologies and little attention paid to controlling supplier quality all weaken the companies' competitiveness in the market and even put them in a difficult position.
